Use it as the cover sheet for an insurance renewal, a finance application or an audit, where somebody wants the whole fleet on one page.
It is a snapshot taken now. An allocation nobody has confirmed recently is flagged rather than treated as verified, so a vehicle whose driver changed months ago without anyone updating it shows up as something to check.
That flag is worth acting on before you send the report anywhere. An allocation that is stale in the portfolio is usually stale in the logbook too, which matters more.
