Is it really free for 3 vehicles?

Yes — on Drive, our free plan, forever, with no minimum fleet size and no credit card. Cruise and Turbo are paid from the first vehicle.

What if I run more than 50 vehicles?

We can look after fleets well beyond that. The plans on this page are self-serve, for smaller operators; at your scale we'd rather talk first and help you get set up, and pricing sits outside the published plans. Email hello@axlerun.com.au and we'll set up a call.

I have data in an old system — can you help me migrate it?

Yes. Take out a subscription and we'll move your data across from your old system or spreadsheets at no extra cost — it's included with a paid plan rather than a separate charge. Get in touch and we'll organise it.

What's the difference between Drive, Cruise and Turbo?

Drive is the free core, and it records for you — the background GPS logbook, vehicle records, fuel and fines. Cruise is the working plan for a business that runs on its vehicles: the ATO-ready FBT export, auto-classify rules, compliance alerts, fuel & EV locator on CarPlay and Android Auto, driver scores and job management. Turbo is the fleet command centre: AI document scanning, an AI voice assistant, live vehicle location, fleet-wide trip oversight and a customer job-tracking page.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the customer portal; month-to-month, no lock-in.

Web pricing, per vehicle, GST included. Your first three vehicles are always free on Drive. Native subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are priced in vehicle packs instead — the app shows those figures when you upgrade.

Web subscriptions are billed per vehicle and include 10% GST. Manage or cancel anytime in the customer portal.

Free data migration included — we’ll move your fleet across from spreadsheets or your old system when you subscribe.
