Login, OTP and biometrics problems
Code not arriving, forgotten password, or biometric sign-in playing up — the fixes for the common ways getting into Axlerun goes wrong.
Most sign-in trouble is one of three things: a verification code that hasn't turned up, a forgotten password, or Face ID / fingerprint not behaving. Here's each.
The verification code hasn't arrived
The 6-digit code is emailed when you're verifying a new account. If it's not there:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Wait for the countdown, then tap Resend code.
Make sure the email is the one you signed up with — a typo sends the code elsewhere.
Only new accounts verify with a code. If you already have an account, Axlerun takes you to Welcome back to enter your password — there's no code at sign-in.
You've forgotten your password
On the login screen tap Forgot password?.
Enter your email and tap Send reset code. For your privacy, Axlerun says a code is on its way whether or not the email is registered.
On Reset your password, enter the 6-digit code and a new password (6+ characters, an uppercase letter, a digit and a symbol), then tap Reset password.
If you see "Incorrect code or request expired", request a fresh code and try again — codes don't last forever. "Sign in failed. Please check your password" just means the password was wrong.
Face ID or fingerprint
You're offered biometric sign-in the first time you log in on a device — tap Enable to turn it on, or Skip for now to keep using your password. If it stops working, your phone's own Face ID / fingerprint settings are the place to check; you can always fall back to your password.
Invited to a fleet and can't sign in? You may not have an account yet. Use Accept your invite with the code from your invitation email — see Roles explained.
