TurboThe register is the one report that looks forward. Instead of a period that has passed, you choose a window ahead, and it lists what falls due inside it.
It is the document to produce when somebody asks you to prove the fleet is compliant.
What it shows
A card per vehicle, worst first, with a status for each thing you track: registration, CTP, insurance, inspections and servicing. Each carries a status pill, the same one used on jobs, so the colours mean what they mean elsewhere.
"Not recorded" is grey, never green. This lists what we hold records for. A vehicle with nothing recorded is not the same as a vehicle that is up to date, and the register refuses to imply otherwise.
That distinction is the point of the report. A register that showed a blank vehicle as compliant would be worse than no register, because you would stop checking.
Filling the gaps
Anything grey wants a record rather than a renewal. Add the date on the vehicle and it turns into a real status, and starts feeding compliance alerts too.
