Turbo— including the free planCan't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Fuel module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Logging fuel keeps a running cost against each vehicle and feeds its expense totals. The form adapts to the vehicle: a petrol or diesel car asks for litres, an EV asks for kilowatt-hours — you don't switch anything.
Log a fill or charge
From the vehicle's Manage grid tap Fuel (it reads Charging for an EV), then + Add.
Enter the Transaction Date, Fuel Type, Quantity (litres or kWh), Price per Unit and Total Amount.
Optionally add the odometer, station name, payment method and receipt number.
Tap Save Fuel Record.
Rather than type it, tap Scan Receipt to fill the form from a photo. Basic scanning works on any plan; the AI-powered scan(Turbo+) that reads messier receipts is a Turbo feature.
See fuel across the fleet
Fleet Fuel on the home dashboard is a monthly spend chart rather than a list — total fuel cost by month across every vehicle, for a quick read on where the money's going.
