Vehicle inventory
A photo stocktake of the tools, equipment and accessories kept in each vehicle — item, serial number, where it lives, and pictures. Free on every plan, because knowing what is in the ute should not be a paid feature.
Safety inspections
Pink slips, roadworthies and safety certificates on file per vehicle — inspection and expiry dates, the station, the inspector, the report reference and the certificate itself. The expiry countdown only appears where the state actually runs a scheduled regime, so an event-triggered vehicle never sits there looking overdue.
A logbook that tells you when it's ready
Axlerun scans the FBT year and ranks the 12-week windows worth nominating, scored on evidence and on how representative each one is of the full year. It names what's holding an export up, bulk-fixes missing trip purposes in one pass, and nudges you weekly when a better-supported period appears.
Auto-classify rules
Set the shape of your week once — “weekdays 8am–6pm are business, purpose client visits” — and matching trips file themselves as they close, whether or not the app is open.
Home-screen widgets & live drive card
Six iOS and Android widgets — logbook progress, compliance countdowns, driver score, expenses — plus a live Active Trip card on the lock screen while a trip records.
CarPlay & Android Auto
Axlerun on the dash: the fuel & EV map on the head unit, on both — plus, on CarPlay, the active trip with live distance and one-tap business/private classification.
Fuel & EV charging locator
Live fuel prices and EV chargers near each vehicle — find the cheapest fuel or the nearest charger in the app or from the driver's seat.
Job management & customers

AI Fleet Copilot
The next level of the AI assistant: it watches the fleet for you — flags a vehicle burning more fuel than usual, drafts the monthly cost summary, and answers questions like “which ute is due for anything this month?”
ServiceM8 integration
Jobs created in ServiceM8 appear against the right vehicle and driver in Axlerun — travel, fuel and time tracked against the job automatically.
