The Manage grid — where records live
The tiles at the bottom of a vehicle's profile are the way into every record type — fuel, fines, service, rego and more. Here's how it's laid out and why a tile might be missing.
Every record you keep against a vehicle — fuel, fines, service, insurance, rego, tolls, odometer, incidents, condition reports and trips — is reached from one place: the Manage grid at the bottom of the vehicle's profile. Learn this grid and you know where everything is.
The tiles
Each tile opens the list of that record type for the vehicle, where you can add a new one or open an existing entry:
Service, Insurance, Rego — the compliance records, with renewal dates that feed the status chips and alerts.
Fuel (or Charging for an EV), Odometer, Tolls — the running cost and usage records.
Fines, Incidents, Condition — the exception records.
Trips — the vehicle's recorded journeys.
Each record type has its own guide in Records & compliance. The grid is just the door.
Why a tile might not be there
The tiles you see depend on which features your business has switched on. If a whole record type is missing — no Tolls tile, say — the owner has that module turned off in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules, which hides it for everyone with no message on screen. An owner or admin can turn it back on.
This is deliberate: a business that never deals with tolls shouldn't have a toll tile in the way. It also means the grid looks different from one business to the next, which is normal.
