Turbo— including the free planCan't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Maintenance module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
A service record captures what was done, what it cost and at what odometer — and, for scheduled servicing, when the next one is due. That "next due" is what turns a service history into a reminder instead of a spreadsheet you forget to check.
Log a service
From the vehicle's Manage grid tap Service, then + Add.
Enter the Service Date, Category, Service Type, Amount and the odometer at the time.
Add the vendor, invoice number and a description of the work.
For a scheduled service, fill in the Next Service date and odometer — this is what drives the "service due" reminder. Then tap Save Service.
Across the fleet
The fleet Service view reads each vehicle's next service at a glance — "Next service in days", "Service overdue", or "No service on file" for anything that's never been logged.
