Driver tracking — who's logging, and when
See every team member's tracking status at a glance — whether automatic logging is on, and the schedule they're logging to.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Location module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
The driver tracking screen is the quick answer to "is everyone actually logging?". It lists every team member with whether their automatic logging is on, and the schedule they're logging to — so you can spot the driver whose tracking quietly switched off before it costs you a fortnight of trips. It's an owner and admin view.
What it shows
Open Driver Tracking from Settings. Each driver row has:
A Tracking On or Tracking Off badge — whether automatic logging is currently running for them.
Their tracking schedule summary, or No schedule set if they log around the clock.
This is an owner and admin screen — drivers see "Driver tracking is only visible to business admins and owners." To change the hours someone logs, set their tracking schedule; a driver whose trips have stopped altogether is usually a permissions problem, covered in My trips aren't recording.
