Fleet-wide views (the home dashboard)

The home dashboard rolls your whole fleet into a few tiles — vehicles, drivers, open issues and compliance status. Here's what each one counts.

The home dashboard is the fleet at a glance. Instead of opening vehicles one by one, you get a handful of tiles that count across everything and drop you into the detail when something needs attention. This is the owner and admin view; drivers see their own vehicle instead.

The rollup tiles

  1. Vehicles — how many are allocated out of your total, with a bar. Tap through to Vehicle Allocation.

  2. Drivers — how many drivers have a vehicle versus not. Tap through to Driver Allocation.

  3. Issues — a single number of things needing action. Tap through to Fleet Issues.

Below them, a compliance row shows Registration, Insurance and Service across the fleet, each with a status of Good, Action needed or Overdue. (A category disappears from the row if that module is switched off.)

What counts as an "issue"

This is worth being precise about, because the Issues tile and the Fleet Issues screen count specific things:

  • Unpaid fines
  • Unresolved incidents
  • Missing odometer readings
  • Condition reports (on plans that include them)

Expiring registration, service and insurance are not counted as issues — they're the separate compliance row above, so a renewal coming up doesn't inflate your issue count. The Fleet Issues screen groups the four types, showing a few of each, and reads "All clear" when there's nothing open.

On Turbo, the dashboard also carries fleet driver scores, a live vehicle-location map and a recent-activity feed. On other plans those sections show what they contain rather than the data.
