Export your data or delete your account
How to get your records out of Axlerun, and how to permanently delete your account if you're leaving.
Your data is yours. You can export the records that matter most at any time, and if you're leaving, an owner can delete the account outright.
Export your data
The main export is the logbook — the ATO-ready spreadsheet of your trips, for one vehicle or the whole fleet. It's a download, so you keep your own copy independently of the app.

Individual records — fuel, service, fines and the rest — carry their own attached documents, which you can open and save from each record.
Delete your account
Account deletion is on the phone app, under Settings → My Profile, in the Danger Zone — and it's available to the business owner only.
Open My Profile and scroll to Danger Zone.
Tap Delete my account and confirm on Delete account?.
This permanently deletes your Axlerun account and all associated data, and it can't be undone. Export anything you want to keep — your logbook especially — before you do it.
Admins and drivers don't have this option; the business owner controls the account. If you're on a team and want your own access removed, ask an owner or admin to remove you — see Invite your team.
