Outstanding fines with the ones at risk first, who each is assigned to, and incidents recorded over the period.

TurboFines have deadlines, and the cost of missing one is more than the fine. This report puts the urgent ones at the top.
What it shows
Fines ordered with at-risk ones first, then by soonest due, alongside incidents recorded in the period. Each fine shows the vehicle, the amount, the due date and who it is assigned to.
The column is headed "Assigned to" rather than "Driver", because that is what the field is.
The driver shown is whoever the fine is assigned to now, which is not necessarily who was driving at the time of the offence. If nobody has assigned it yet, or it was assigned to the wrong person, the report repeats that rather than correcting it.
To fix an assignment, open the fine itself and assign it to the right driver. The allocation history shows who held the vehicle when the offence happened.
