The unclassified queue

Where recorded trips wait until you tag them. Keeping it empty is what keeps your logbook export complete.

Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Logbook module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.

The unclassified queue is simply the trips Axlerun has recorded but you haven't tagged yet. It's worth keeping near empty: an unclassified trip is the most common gap in an exported logbook, because it doesn't count as business or private until you say so.

Keep it clear

The queue surfaces as the Review banner on the Logbook tab, and a push notification when new trips land. Clear it the same way each time:

  1. Tag each trip Business or Private.

  2. Use I wasn't driving to remove one that isn't yours.

The full swipe-through is in Classify trips business or private.

The queue fills as automatic recording runs. Trips you add by hand are classified as you enter them, so they never land here. Clearing the queue before you export is the single best way to avoid a gap your accountant queries.
