Driver and vehicle history
See who had a vehicle and when, or every vehicle one person has had, from allocations and pool check-outs.

Turbo— including the free planHistory answers "who had the van on the 14th?" without digging through allocations and bookings one at a time. It comes in two directions: a vehicle's drivers, and a person's vehicles.
A vehicle's Driver History
Open the vehicle and, in its Manage grid, tap Driver History.
Each row is one stretch of someone having the vehicle:
- When: when they had it, from start to finish.
- Driver: who had it.
- Source: Allocation if they were allocated the vehicle, or Pool check-out if they booked it from a pool.
- Duration: how long they had it.
- Distance: kilometres from the trips recorded in that time.
Tap Load More to go further back.
A person's Vehicle History
Open Settings, then Admin and Drivers, and tap the person. On their page, open Vehicle History to see every vehicle they've had, with the same columns.
This is the quickest way to answer a fine or toll that arrives weeks late: the vehicle's Driver History shows who had it on the day.
Drivers see their own
Drivers can't open anyone else's history, but they can see their own. In Settings, My Vehicle History lists the vehicles they've driven and when.
What admins can see
An admin sees allocations across the fleet, but pool check-outs only for pools they manage. If an admin needs the pool side of a vehicle's history, the business owner can make them a manager of that pool, or of all pools. Until then, a message on the history says so.
