Pick one vehicle out of the vehicle locations map instead of scanning every pin, and see which vehicles have no known location.

Find one
Open Latest Vehicle Locations.
Use the vehicle picker at the top and start typing a plate or a name.
Choose the vehicle — the map moves to it.
The picker is always searchable, however few vehicles you run, so the same gesture works whether you have four vans or forty.
Vehicles without a location
Some vehicles won't have a recent position — the phone is off, the driver hasn't opened the app, or the vehicle hasn't moved. Rather than leaving them silently absent from the map, they're listed separately so you know the map isn't showing the whole fleet.
The map shows each vehicle's latest known location — where it was when its phone last reported in — not a live feed. It loads when you open the page; tap refresh for newer positions. A vehicle nobody has driven recently shows where it was last seen. It is a Turbo feature, and needs no hardware in the vehicle.
