Getting help in the app

The Support menu offers a guide for the page you're on, a search of the help centre, issue reporting with diagnostics attached, and a way to suggest an idea.

Help used to be a question mark that took you somewhere general. It's a Support menu now, and it knows which screen you're on.

What's in it

  1. Guide for this page — opens the help-centre article for the screen you're looking at, rather than the front page.

  2. Search the help centre — search every article without leaving the app.

  3. All guides and videos — the full help centre.

  4. Report an issue — sends us your diagnostics along with the report, so we're not asking you what version you're on.

  5. Suggest an idea — tell us what's missing.

Reporting an issue attaches diagnostics automatically: app version, device and recent activity. It saves the back-and-forth that usually comes first.

On web

The sidebar's separate Help row is gone — Support is in the same menu on every platform, so there's one place to look rather than two that differ.
