Add or edit a trip by hand
Enter a trip Axlerun didn't record, fix the details on one it did, or move a trip to the right vehicle or driver.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Logbook module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Most trips record themselves, but you'll sometimes need to add one by hand — a drive on a day tracking was off — or correct one that recorded with the wrong details. Manual entry is on every plan.
Add a trip
On the Logbook tab (with a single vehicle selected) tap + to open Add Entry.
Set the Date and Start Time, choose Business or Private, and add a Purpose.
Enter the Start and End Odometer — Axlerun works out the distance — and the start and end addresses.
Tap Save Entry.
Edit or delete one
Open any logbook entry to edit it — auto-recorded trips also show their route on a map. Update Entry saves your changes; the trash icon deletes it after a confirm.
Move a trip to the right vehicle or driver
If a trip landed on the wrong vehicle, open it and tap Wrong vehicle or driver? Reassign this trip. Owners and admins can change both the vehicle and the driver; a driver can correct the vehicle on their own trip within 48 hours. A reason is kept against the trip, and any fine or FBT record derived from it moves with it.
A trip that's genuinely missing — never recorded — is a different problem. See My trips aren't recording.
