Active Modules — turn features on and off
Switch whole features on or off for your business. This is why a record type might be missing from the app — and how to bring it back.

TurboNot every business needs every feature. Active Modules let an owner or admin switch whole areas — tolls, incidents, condition reports and the rest — on or off for everyone. This is the single most common reason a button someone expects isn't there: the module is off, and nothing on screen says so.
Turn features on or off
Go to Settings → Business settings and open the Active modules section. (It's an owner and admin screen — drivers don't see it.)
Switch a module on or off. Turning one off hides its surface across the app for everyone.
Because switching off hides things, Axlerun asks you to confirm — Hide these modules? → Hide and save, or Keep them.
Some modules depend on others — trips, scoring and benchmarking all need Location, so turning Location off can't happen while they rely on it, and turning a feature on may switch its dependencies on with it. Axlerun tells you when a rule like that applies.
Turning a module off doesn't delete anything — your records are kept and reappear if you switch it back on. A module marked "coming soon" isn't available to switch on yet.
Settings live under the module
A module's own settings sit with it, on one page, rather than being scattered through Settings. Switch Scoring on and its options are right there underneath it.
Some modules moved to where they belong: Trip Logging and Logging Hours are part of Logbook, and Benchmarking is part of Scoring. The AI Assistant has a module of its own.
On for the office, hidden from drivers
A module does not have to be all-or-nothing. For each one you can choose which roles see it, so something can be on for owners and admins while staying invisible to drivers.
Changes take effect without restarting the app. A module switched off reads as off everywhere it appeared — including the vehicle Costs and Recent Activity sections on web, and any aggregate feed that used to list its rows.
