Condition reports
A dated record of a defect or the state of a vehicle — a structured defect form plus photos, for anything a driver spots that's worth flagging.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Condition Report module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
A condition report is how a driver flags something about a vehicle — a defect, a bit of damage, a roadworthiness concern — as a dated record with photos. It's a structured form, not a tick-box checklist: you describe the fault and attach evidence.
Submit a report
From the vehicle's Manage grid tap Condition, then + Add.
Set Noticed At, and use the Has issues and Vehicle is roadworthy switches to frame the report.
Describe the Affected Component and choose a Defect Category, Severity and, if needed, the Action Required.
Add the likely cause and any notes, attach photos, and tap Submit Report.
Where reports show up
Submitting a report and the fleet-wide Condition Reports overview — every report from every driver in one place — are both part of Cruise.
On the free Drive plan a vehicle's existing condition reports stay readable, so nothing you've already recorded disappears. Adding or editing one needs Cruise.
