The vehicle profile explained
A tour of a vehicle's page — plate, odometer, compliance status, who's driving it, costs, and the Manage grid where every record lives.
Tapping a vehicle opens its profile — the one screen that pulls together everything Axlerun knows about it. It's worth knowing the layout, because most of what you'll ever do to a vehicle starts here.
What's on the page, top to bottom
The plate and odometer. The number plate up top, then the current odometer reading with when it was last updated. Tap the odometer to log a new reading.
Quick actions. Chips for Log Odometer and Log Fuel (this becomes Log Charging for an EV).
Compliance. Status rows for Registration, Service and Insurance — each with a coloured chip so you can see at a glance what's current and what's due. NSW vehicles also show CTPI (Green Slip).
Driver. Who the vehicle is allocated to and for what dates, or "No driver allocated". Owners and admins can tap to change it; drivers see their own allocation read-only.
Costs and recent activity. A running cost breakdown (on Cruise and above) and a recent-activity feed (on Turbo). Locked sections show what's inside and how to unlock them.
The Manage grid. The tiles at the bottom — Service, Insurance, Fines, Rego and the rest — are where each type of record lives. See The Manage grid.
The ⋯ menu
The ⋯ button in the top right is a shortcut to everything: vehicle details, changing the allocation, and jumping straight to any record type. It's also where Remove Vehicle lives — removing asks you to confirm first. Drivers see a shorter version of this menu.
A new vehicle shows a "Complete your vehicle profile" banner until you've added its odometer, service and insurance details. Those dates are what the compliance chips and renewal alerts are built on, so they're worth filling in early.
