Eight reports: what each vehicle costs, what you can claim, what is about to expire, and who is driving how. Two-step sign-in arrives with them, and Home now says when a trial has ended.

The reporting suite
- Vehicle running cost — what each vehicle has cost you over a period, and what that works out to per kilometre.
- Expense summary — spend by vehicle and category, for a quick read of where the money went.
- Cents per kilometre claim — business kilometres for a financial year at the ATO rate, with cap usage shown as plain figures. The rate is applied for you; there is nowhere to type one.
- GST on fuel — an estimate of the credit for a BAS period, worked out from fuel spend and your classified trips.
- Compliance and expiry register — a card per vehicle, worst first, looking forward rather than back. A vehicle with nothing recorded reads as "not recorded", never as compliant.
- Fines and incidents — at-risk fines first, then soonest due, with the person each is assigned to.
- Driver scorecard — every driver over a period, with drivers who have no data left unranked rather than scored zero.
- Fleet portfolio — a snapshot of the fleet as it stands, with allocations nobody has confirmed flagged rather than assumed.
- One flow for all eight: pick a period, scope it to a vehicle or the whole fleet, read it, then download a CSV or PDF or have it emailed. Past exports keeps what you have already produced.
- The period control follows the report: calendar ranges for most, financial years for the cents per kilometre claim, and a forward window for the compliance register.
- On the web you get the full table, with search, per-column filters, sorting and a column chooser. On a phone you get the headline figures and the delivery buttons, because an eleven-column grid does not belong on a phone.

Two-step sign-in
- Turn on Require two-step sign-in for the business and every password sign-in asks for a six-digit code sent to the person's email, on the phone and on the web.
- The switch lives in a Security card on Modules & Settings, saved the same way as every other switch there.

When the trial ends
- Home says the trial has ended instead of leaving you to discover it on a locked screen, and the notice stays for a month. An owner can tap it to subscribe; an admin gets the same notice worded to ask the owner, because it is the owner's call.
- A screen the plan no longer covers re-reads your plan the moment the server refuses it, so you get the lock and the reason rather than a screen that quietly empties.

Adding a vehicle
- A plate lookup that finds nothing now takes you straight to manual entry with the plate and state carried across, instead of a Confirm screen with empty fields and a Save that did nothing.
- Manual entry takes an optional registration expiry, and Back always returns to the Vehicles list.

Handing a vehicle back
- Releasing a vehicle part-way through a drive lets the trip finish rather than cutting it short, and the logbook card reads "Finishing your last trip" instead of contradicting Home's "No Vehicle Yet".
- A trip left open with nothing recording is closed straight away, so the card clears.

- CarPlay's Fuel and EV Charging tabs show stations when you are signed out, rather than a message whose only answer is to pick up the phone.iOS

Inviting your team
- A pending invitee can be renamed, have their role changed or be given a vehicle, all from the invitation. None of it worked before, because someone who has not accepted yet has no user record to edit.
- Assigning a vehicle no longer depends on the member's details saving first, so a problem with a name cannot leave a driver with no vehicle.
- Reopening an invitation link while already signed in shows that you are signed in, rather than resending a code that has already been used.

Trip editing arrives: adjust where a trip started and ended, split one journey into two, or merge legs back into one.

- Adjust where a trip started and ended. Drag the boundary on the map, pick a place by name, or extend it to a point the route never quite reached.
- Split one recorded journey into two at any point along the route, and merge separate legs back into a single trip.
- The merge screen draws both routes and the joining stretch between them, so you can see what you are about to combine rather than trusting two timestamps.
- Only unclassified trips can be split or merged, and only the driver a trip belongs to can adjust it — a classified logbook stays as it was exported.
- Adjusting happens on one big map, with pins that stick to the route and an address shown under each end.
- Off by default. An owner turns it on under Modules, then Trips.

Logbook & trips
- Drivers get a trips list of their own, and can adjust a trip straight from the review deck.
- Trips carry a start and end date and time, with locations shown before the odometer.
- A logbook entry links back to the trip it came from.
- Owners and admins assign the driver on a manual entry, rather than it defaulting to whoever typed it.
- Auto-classify rules belong to a person rather than a vehicle, so the vehicle selector is gone.
- Home warns you when a missing permission is stopping automatic logging, instead of trips quietly not recording.
- Odometer checks can be turned off per role. Axlerun normally refuses a reading that goes backwards or further than the vehicle could have travelled; untick a role and those people can record one anyway, stored flagged so you can see it was let through.

- Maps follow your theme, so a dark app no longer opens a white map at night.
- One map style everywhere, and route lines that flow the same way on every screen that draws one.

- SMS and email alerts no longer need push notifications switched on first, and notification settings save as you change them.

Alerts, rebuilt around urgency
- One attention queue in four sections — Overdue, Due in the next 30 days, Later, and Missing records — so the list is ordered by what needs doing rather than by colour.
- Acknowledge an alert to say you have seen it, or snooze it until tomorrow, for three days or for a week. Snoozed items can be hidden, and brought back at any time.
- Each row names the driver currently in the vehicle, so an overdue rego is a conversation with a person rather than a plate.
- An alert for a record that does not exist yet opens the form that creates it, instead of leaving you to find the screen.
- Countdowns are worked out on your clock rather than the server's, so "due in 3 days" means three of your days.

Pause logging when you are not driving
- Pause automatic logging for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours, with an optional reason — walking or running, on public transport, personal rather than work.
- While logging is paused the live card shows a countdown, so it is obvious the app is not recording and when it will start again.iOSAndroid
- A notification when the pause ends, so logging never resumes silently.
- End a trip that was never a drive, without it landing in the logbook as one.

- A module's settings now live under the module itself, on one page, instead of being scattered through Settings.
- A module can be switched on for the office and hidden from drivers, rather than being all-or-nothing for everyone.
- Changes take effect without restarting the app, and a switched-off module reads as off everywhere — including the vehicle Costs and Recent Activity sections on web.
- Trip Logging and Logging Hours now belong to Logbook, Benchmarking is part of Scoring, and the AI Assistant has a module of its own.

- A driver's logbook follows the driver rather than the vehicle, and drivers see only their own trips.
- An owner can classify on behalf of someone who has left the business, so a departed driver no longer blocks a logbook period.
- The review deck lets you swipe past a trip that is not yours instead of stopping on it.
- The header describes the window you are looking at, and the vehicle picker lists every car you can log against.
- The swipe hint on the review deck shows where you are in the stack.
- Drivers no longer see a driver picker they cannot use, and the unclassified badge counts only their own trips.

- A four-step flow: pick the vehicle and FBT year, choose from ranked twelve-week windows, review the numbers, export.
- Ranked candidate windows — each row shows what it's worth, the odometer readings it rests on, and how far the vehicle went.
- Correct the odometer readings on the review step and watch the business-use percentage move before anything is exported.
- Opening the export step runs a dry run: you see the consent summary, the record count and every row that will be in the file, and nothing is saved until you download or email it.
- A Logbook periods screen for windows you've already exported from — re-download or resend the exact file that was consented to, with no second consent.
- Export blockers named worst-first, with a bulk-fix screen for business trips missing a purpose.

- Set the shape of your week once — weekdays 8am to 6pm are business, purpose client visits — and matching trips file themselves as they close.
- Rules run on our side, so they fire whether or not the app is open, and they honour the driver's own timezone.
- Scope a rule to one vehicle or all of them, and reorder rules to decide which wins when two overlap.

- Pink slips, roadworthies and safety certificates on file per vehicle — inspection and expiry dates, station, inspector, report reference, cost, odometer and the certificate itself.
