Automatic logbook is free on Drive
- Automatic GPS trip recording — and the Logging Hours schedule that controls it — are now free on every plan, including Drive.iOSAndroid
- Cruise remains the working plan — the ATO-ready export, the auto-classify rules that keep trips export-ready as they close, and the compliance alerts.

FBT logbook, rebuilt
- A four-step flow: pick the vehicle and FBT year, choose from ranked twelve-week windows, review the numbers, export.
- Ranked candidate windows — each row shows what it's worth, the odometer readings it rests on, and how far the vehicle went.
- Correct the odometer readings on the review step and watch the business-use percentage move before anything is exported.
- Opening the export step runs a dry run: you see the consent summary, the record count and every row that will be in the file, and nothing is saved until you download or email it.
- A Logbook periods screen for windows you've already exported from — re-download or resend the exact file that was consented to, with no second consent.
- Export blockers named worst-first, with a bulk-fix screen for business trips missing a purpose.
- Choose your own dates if you'd rather not pick from the ranked list.

Auto-classify rules
- Set the shape of your week once — weekdays 8am to 6pm are business, purpose client visits — and matching trips file themselves as they close.
- Rules run on our side, so they fire whether or not the app is open, and they honour the driver's own timezone.
- Scope a rule to one vehicle or all of them, and reorder rules to decide which wins when two overlap.

Safety inspections
- Pink slips, roadworthies and safety certificates on file per vehicle — inspection and expiry dates, station, inspector, report reference, cost, odometer and the certificate itself.
- A fleet-wide Safety Inspections overview alongside the other compliance views.
- The expiry countdown only appears where the state actually runs a scheduled inspection regime, with a line explaining the rule applied — so an event-triggered vehicle never sits there looking overdue.

- A photo stocktake of the tools, equipment and accessories kept in each vehicle — item, description, serial number and pictures.
