Use it for a monthly or quarterly read of where the money went, without the per-kilometre arithmetic.
A vehicle showing zero has no spend logged for the period, which is not the same as having spent nothing. Zero is a statement about your records, not about the vehicle.
Scope it to one vehicle or leave it across the fleet, then read it on the web, download the CSV or PDF, or have it emailed.
