NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT: registration, CTP and insurance dates are recorded per vehicle in every one of them. NSW Green Slips get a record of their own, and safety-inspection countdowns follow each state's own regime.
Next service, tracked by date and odometer
Set the next service when you log the last one (by date, by odometer, or both), so breakdowns don't cancel a day of jobs.
The Alerts tab
One list for the whole fleet in four sections: Overdue, Due in the next 30 days, Later, and Missing records. Each row names the plate and the driver in it. Acknowledge what is in hand, or snooze it for a day, three days or a week.
Recording is free, triage is the paid step
Keeping every rego, CTP, insurance and service date in one place costs nothing on Drive, and neither do the fleet views. Cruise adds the Alerts tab, which gathers every reminder across the fleet into one list, worst first, with acknowledge and snooze.
Inspections only where the state runs them
Most states inspect on transfer or when something triggers it, not annually. An expiry countdown only appears where a scheduled regime genuinely applies, with a line naming the rule, so a vehicle is never left looking overdue for an inspection its state never asked for.
The paperwork, attached
The rego renewal, the insurance policy, the service invoice and the inspection certificate attach to their records as images or PDFs, so the document is where the date is when someone asks for it.
A register you can hand over
On Cruise, the compliance and expiry register lists every vehicle's registration, CTP, insurance, inspection and service status, worst first, for a window you choose ahead. A vehicle with nothing recorded shows grey, never green.

Plate lookup fills in the make, model, year and rego so you are not typing details off a windscreen sticker, and the renewal dates go on from there.

Every renewal and service interval, per vehicle, per state.

Act on the alert
Reminders arrive before due dates, not after the fine. On Cruise, the Alerts tab puts the whole fleet's reminders in one list.
