The whole certificate, not just a date

Inspection date, expiry, pass or fail, the station that did it, the inspector, the report reference number, the odometer and the cost — with the certificate itself attached as a document.

Reminders only where they apply

Only some states inspect on a schedule. Where they do, Axlerun counts down to expiry and warns you before it lapses. Where an inspection is triggered by a sale or a transfer instead, there's no countdown to invent — so an event-triggered vehicle never sits there looking overdue.

It shows its working

Under the countdown, a line explains the regime applied to that vehicle and why. A NSW ute under five years old has a periodic regime with no live obligation yet — the row is there, the countdown isn't, and Axlerun says so rather than leaving you guessing.

One fleet-wide view

Every vehicle's inspection status in one list, filtered to the vehicles the schedule actually applies to, alongside the rego, CTP, insurance and service views.

Record what the inspection cost and it flows into that vehicle's expense history with fuel, service and tolls — so the vehicle's running costs include the compliance you're legally required to buy.
