Log a fine and assign it to a driver
Record a fine against a vehicle, mark it paid, and — on Cruise and above — assign it to the driver who was behind the wheel.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Fine module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Logging a fine keeps it against the vehicle and, once you're on Cruise, lets you put it on the driver responsible so it shows up in their own list. Logging a fine is free; assigning it to a driver is the part that needs a plan.
Log the fine
From the vehicle's Manage grid tap Fines, then + Add.
Enter the Fine Type, Fine Number, Amount, Offence Date & Time and the issue and due dates. Add a description if it helps.
Tap Save Fine.
Assign it to a driver
On Cruise and above, the add form includes an Assign Driver section: pick who was driving and add a reason. That's what makes the fine appear in that driver's My Fines list.
Assigning a fine to a driver(Cruise+) needs Cruise or Turbo. On the free Drive plan you can still log every fine — you just can't put it on a specific driver.
Mark it paid
Turn on Mark as Paid to record how and when it was settled. Once a fine is paid or cancelled it locks from further editing, so the record of what happened stays intact.
A photo of the infringement notice can be read straight into the form with the AI scan(Turbo+) on Turbo.
The fleet view
Unpaid Fines on the home dashboard totals what's outstanding per vehicle, so you can see at a glance who owes what. Unpaid fines also count toward your fleet issues.
