Utilisation
How much each pool vehicle is actually used, how the figure is worked out, and the stats that sit beside it.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Pool Bookings module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Utilisation answers the question behind every pool: are there too many vehicles, or not enough? Owners and pool managers open it from the Pool Bookings page.
How it's worked out
Utilisation is booked hours against the hours inside the daily booking window, for every day in the range. The window is the earliest start to the latest return in Booking Rules.
Overnight hours don't count. A vehicle booked from 5pm to 8am the next morning isn't penalised for sitting in the yard while the pool is closed.

Set the Date range. It starts on the last 30 days.
The stats
- Utilisation: the headline figure, worked out as above.
- Booked Hours: hours vehicles were booked in the range.
- Hours Out: hours vehicles were actually checked out. A big gap between booked and out usually means people book long and return early.
- Distance: kilometres covered on bookings.
- No-Show Rate: the share of bookings nobody turned up for.
- Peak Concurrent: the most vehicles out at the same time. If it never reaches the size of the pool, you may have a vehicle to spare.
Under the stats, By vehicle lists each vehicle with its own booked and out hours.
A vehicle with no bookings in the range may not appear in the list at all. Its absence is the finding: nobody booked it.
