Create a job
Book a job against a customer with a title, time, price and location — the starting point for dispatching work to a driver.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Jobs module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
A job is a piece of work for a customer that you can schedule, price and send to a driver. Creating one is quick; the only things Axlerun insists on are a customer, a title and a location. Owners and admins create jobs — drivers receive them.
Create a job
On the Jobs tab tap + to open New Job.
Choose the Customer — search an existing one, or tap New customer to add one without leaving the form.
Give the job a Title (required). Add a description, Starts and Ends times, an Estimated price and Internal notes as needed — the notes aren't shown to the customer.
Set the Location. Search the address (or tap the customer's address to reuse it) — a job needs a real address so the driver can navigate to it. Add Access notes like parking or gate codes.
Tap Create Job.
Creating a job opens it straight away so you can send it to a driver next.
Some fields are checked before it'll save — "Pick a customer first", "Give the job a title", "Search and select the job address". A job with a date on it is ready to schedule and allocate; a job without one stays a draft until you add one.
