Customer records
Keep the people you do jobs for on file — name, phone and address — so booking a job is a couple of taps and the customer can be kept informed.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Jobs module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Customers are who your jobs are for. Keeping them on file means creating a job is just picking a name, and it's what lets Axlerun tell the customer when a driver's on the way. Owners and admins manage customers.
Add a customer
Open Customers and tap + Add — or add one on the fly while creating a job.
Enter the Name and Phone (both required — the phone is how arrival texts reach them). Add an Email and Address if you have them.
Add any Notes — gate codes, preferred contact times — and tap Add Customer.
On an existing customer there's an Active toggle. Switching someone to inactive hides them from job creation without deleting anything — handy for a customer you've stopped working with but want the history for.
Removing a customer
Deleting a customer keeps the history on any completed jobs. You can't delete a customer who still has open jobs — finish or cancel those first, then delete.
