Alerts explained
The Alerts tab is your fleet's to-do list — what's expiring, overdue or needs a reading — sorted by how urgent it is.
The Alerts tab pulls together everything that needs attention across your vehicles: registration and insurance about to expire, service coming due, fines, incidents, odometer readings and more. It's the one screen to check when you want to know "what's on fire".
Reading the list
Each alert shows the vehicle, what it's about, and how close it is — days until due, or kilometres until a service. They're colour-coded by urgency:
High — needs attention now.
Medium — coming up.
Low — on the horizon.
Use the filter pills at the top — All, High, Medium, Low — to narrow the list.
Alerts are generated from your records, so you clear one by acting on it — renew the rego, book the service, log the reading — not by dismissing it. Owners and admins see the whole fleet; a driver sees alerts for their own vehicle.
