Classify trips business or private
Every recorded trip needs marking business or private — it's a swipe each. Here's the review deck and the quickest way through it.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Logbook module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
A recorded trip isn't much use until it's marked business or private — that split is what your FBT logbook is made of. Axlerun collects the untagged ones and lets you clear them a card at a time, so it's a swipe rather than a form.
Clear the review deck
On the Logbook tab, tap the Review banner — " new trips to be reviewed".
For each card, swipe right or tap Business, or swipe left or tap Private. Swipe up for I wasn't driving to drop a trip that isn't yours.
Need to add a purpose or a note? Tap the card first, fill it in, then classify.
When the deck's empty it reads All caught up.
Skip for now sends a card to the back of the queue rather than clearing it — handy for one you're not sure about, but it'll be waiting next time.
