Open condition reports on Home

The Home card that lists defects your drivers have reported and nobody has closed off yet.

Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Condition Report module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.

A defect reported by a driver is easy to miss if the only place it lives is the vehicle it belongs to. The Open condition reports card puts every outstanding one on Home, so a flagged tyre is in front of you rather than buried three screens down.

What it counts

Defects that have been reported and not yet resolved. The heading tells you how many there are, and the card lists them so you can open one straight from Home.

Each row reads as the inspection, the affected component and the severity, so you can tell a post-trip tyre fault from a cosmetic scuff without opening either.

The count is open defects only. Resolving a report takes it off this card and drops the number, which is what makes the figure worth watching: it is work outstanding, not a running total of everything ever reported.

If you do not see it

The card needs the Condition Reports module switched on for your business and a plan that includes condition reports. It also respects your own Home layout — if you have hidden it in Customise Home, it will not appear until you switch it back on.

An empty card is good news: nothing is outstanding.
