Choosing your plan

Drive, Cruise and Turbo — what each includes, how the free plan and 30-day trial work, and who can change the plan.

Axlerun has three plans, and each one includes everything in the plan below it. New accounts start on a free 30-day Turbo trial, so you see the most capable version first and settle on what you actually need after.

Your 30-day trial

Every new account is on Turbo for 30 days, no card required, for up to 3 vehicles. When the trial ends you drop to the free Drive plan automatically unless you choose a paid plan — nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Need more than 3 vehicles during the trial? Email hello@axlerun.com.au and we'll sort it out — there's no self-serve way to lift the trial limit.

What each plan includes

  1. Drive — free for up to 3 vehicles. The automatic GPS logbook and the Logging Hours schedule that controls it, manual trip entry and business/private classification, the live trip card on your lock screen, vehicle profiles with service history, fuel, fine and incident records, toll tags and transactions, driver allocation and roles, and the fuel and EV charging locator in the app.

  2. Cruise — everything in Drive, plus the ATO-ready logbook export as Excel or PDF, auto-classify rules for recurring trips, the fuel and EV locator on CarPlay and Android Auto, shared vehicle pools, moving a mis-logged trip to the right vehicle, home-screen widgets, choosing which modules your team sees, condition reports and safety inspections, driver safety scores, compliance and maintenance alerts, assigning fines to a driver, expense tracking, and job and customer management.

  3. Turbo — everything in Cruise, plus AI document scanning, the AI voice assistant, advanced fleet and driver benchmarking, the live vehicle location map, fleet-wide trip oversight, the audit trail, SMS alerts and the customer job-tracking link.

Recording a logbook is free. The automatic GPS logbook — and Logging Hours, the only control that switches it on and off — are on Drive. Cruise is the plan for a business that runs on its vehicles: the ATO-ready export, the auto-classify rules that keep trips export-ready as they happen, compliance alerts, jobs and driver scores.

Changing your plan

Go to SettingsSubscription. The card at the top shows your current plan, its status, and how many of your vehicle allowance you're using.

Only the business owner can change the plan. If you're an admin or driver, you'll see "Only the business owner can change the plan. Ask them to update it."

See current pricing for every plan

Live prices and vehicle bands are shown in-app on the Subscription screen when you upgrade. Pricing on the web differs slightly from the app, because Apple and Google add their own billing on top of in-app purchases.
