Fleet FBT reports
Run logbook reports across every vehicle in one batch, approve them together, and see exactly which vehicles the report covers.
Running one logbook report per vehicle is fine for three vans and miserable for thirty. A fleet report does the whole fleet in one pass.
Run one
Go to Settings then Reports and choose the FBT logbook report.
Choose the FBT year and the vehicles to include.
Review what the report says it covers, then run it.
You can go straight to the export step when you already know what you want, rather than being walked through choices you have already made.
What the report tells you
It states what it actually covers rather than implying it covers everything. A vehicle left out is listed once, with the reason — no silent omissions, and no guessing which of thirty vehicles is missing.
The figures come from the server rather than being worked out on your device, so a fleet report and a single-vehicle report for the same window agree with each other.
Approving in bulk
Where a report needs approval, you can approve across the batch instead of opening each vehicle in turn.
Who can run one
Owners and admins. The logbook flow is closed to drivers, so a fleet report is not something a driver can start or see.
