Odometer readings
Log a reading in seconds — type it, or scan the dashboard with the camera. Readings are the baseline distances and service reminders are measured from.
Can't find this in your app? Your business owner can switch the Odometer Reading module off, which hides it for everyone — there's no message when that happens. An owner or admin can turn it back on in Settings → Business settings → Active Modules.
Odometer readings are the quiet backbone of a lot of Axlerun: service reminders, distance between fills, and the sanity check on trip distances all measure from them. Logging one takes a few seconds, and you don't have to type the number if you'd rather point the camera at it.
Log a reading
From the vehicle's Manage grid tap Odometer — or use the Log Odometer quick action on the vehicle profile.
Type the reading in km and set the Reading Date & Time. A new reading can't be lower than the current one on file.
Tap Save Reading.
Tap the camera to read the number off a photo of the dash. Basic scanning is on every plan; the AI scan(Turbo+) that copes with awkward angles and glare is a Turbo feature.
The very first reading is usually set when you add the vehicle — that's the baseline everything after it is measured against.
Across the fleet
Fleet Odometer lists every vehicle with an All / Missing / Recorded filter, so you can find the vehicles that haven't been read lately. A missing reading counts toward your fleet issues.
