If you searched for LogbookMe, the first thing to know is that it has rebranded: logbookme.com.au now redirects to LBM Fleet Solutions, which sells an integrated fleet platform with in-car telematics, pool-vehicle booking, key management and FBT workflow to corporate and government fleets. It holds ATO class rulings for its logbook reports and publishes no pricing. Axlerun sits at the other end of the market: no hardware, per-vehicle pricing on the website, and a logbook that a four-vehicle business can run from its drivers' phones. They rarely compete for the same customer, and this page is mostly about working out which end you are at.
